• Two weeks ago I wrote about the importance of singing in worship and Paul’s command to us in Colossians that we are not only singing to God, but to one another as well. Because singing is an important element of our worship services for teaching and admonishing one another it important to point out another aspect about our music making. In corporate worship the most important thing that we do musically is singing as a congregation.


  • A blade by itself will only get more and more dull. It takes another blade of iron to keep a blade sharp. The same thing is true in our lives. We cannot do life alone. We will only become more and more dull, more and more disappointed, more and more selfish.
